                       Summer Employment Opportunities

                     The Piranhas Swim Club

 are now accepting applications for the following positions:

POOL MANAGER:

·                     Strong business skills

·                     Creative thinking with plans to maximize swim pool productivity in Park location

·                     Knowledge of community to co-ordinate programming (i.e. aquatic clubs, fitness groups, scuba, kayak, clubs, businesses)

·                     People skills; ability to build positive team atmosphere with staff,  connect with Piranhas and City of Grande Prairie staff in facility functioning.

·                     Organizational skills:  setup schedules, keep files, records for sales, weather reports, water tests

·                     Good communication skills, orally & written

·                     Lifeguarding/instructing – not a necessary skill for the position.

ASSISTANT MANAGER:

 ·                     Primarily responsible for pool operations, staff training and scheduling (with Manager) Pool's Operations Certificate I

·                     Acts as Manager in manager’s absence

·                     Co-ordinate opening/closing – banking responsibilities (share with manager)

·                     Lifeguarding/Instructing

SENIOR LIFEGUARD:

 ·                     Lifeguarding & Lesson instruction

·                     Facility Maintenance

·                     Assist in organizing staff training

JUNIOR LIFEGUARD:

 ·                     Lifeguarding when patrons increase due to good weather

·                     Instruct Lessons

·                     Facility Maintenance
